MidWest Bumpers Return & Refund Policy

1. Lost or Stolen Packages

MidWest Bumpers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but is missing, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Tracking information is provided for all orders, and customers are responsible for ensuring timely receipt of their packages.


2. Fitment Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm proper fitment of all products prior to purchase. We strongly recommend verifying compatibility directly with the manufacturer or through a trusted automotive forum.
All product information listed is accurate to the best of our knowledge; however, fitment issues are not considered defects.


3. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns or refunds.
All sale or discounted items are final sale and are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

Items are eligible for exchange only if they are non-functional.
We do not replace items damaged during shipping.
To request an exchange for the same item originally purchased, please contact us at MidwestBumpersLLC@gmail.com.


5. Backordered Items

If your order includes backordered items, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel a backordered item, please email MidwestBumpersLLC@gmail.com.


6. Returns Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or receipt from MidWest Bumpers is required

Please do not send returns to the address on the shipping label without prior approval.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective and undamaged items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If approved, we may offer the option to use our shipping provider. In such cases, the return shipping cost must be paid upfront before a return label is issued.

If we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.


8. Refunds

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality control inspection.

  • You will be notified upon receipt of your return

  • We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days

Items that fail inspection due to use, damage, or missing packaging may be denied a refund.


9. Restocking Fees

All approved returns are subject to restocking fees:

  • Electronics and performance products: 25% restocking fee

  • All other returnable products: 20% restocking fee


10. Canceled Orders

Canceled orders are subject to the following fees:

  • A 20% restocking fee to cover processing and handling

  • If a restocking fee is not applied, a 2.5% payment processing fee will be charged


11. Refund Amount

Once the returned item passes inspection with no issues, the refundable amount (minus applicable restocking and shipping fees) will be issued.
